Mint Choc Chip – A speckled cow with horns

This fresh bright painting would enhance any minimalist interior, by bringing a touch of spring and the living breathing natural world into your home. The use of wonderful speckled coat patterns and marking for interior finishes has always been popular and stood the test of time.

This painting was judged second prize winner ($1000) at the Goondiwindi Aspects of Art Show. The judge was Dr Julie Fragar who is the Program Director of Visual Art and Head of Painting at the Queensland College of Art, Griffith University. She holds a Master of Visual Arts from the University of Sydney and a PhD from GU. Dr Fragar has exhibited in major institutionsand exhibitions including: The National: New Australian Art, Carriageworks, Sydney (2019); Ramsay Art Prize, Art Gallery of South Australia, Adelaide (2017); and GOMA Q: Contemporary Queensland Art, Gallery of Modern Art, Brisbane (2015). Her work is held in major public collections nationally including the Art Gallery of NSW; Art Gallery of South Australia; and the Queensland Art Gallery of Modern Art.
